He provided valuable information by telephone when our 2020 BMW X3M would not shift out of park while in a parking lot. After a period of time it did shift properly, and we were able to drive it to ONYX service. Andrew followed up with us as we waited for a ride home. His a valuable professional for your team. I also have similar compliment regarding Dane Gengler, with whom I worked with previously, and who discussed AGM batteries with me as I as was paying for the PARK issue fix a few days later. Finally, I've been a car guy since grade school and worked on many of my cars, so I really appreciated the technician videos, which have been thorough with physical evidence of problem when possible. Plus, these videos should be appreciated by all Service customers to ease their minds when presented with the need for a repair.
