Years ago, I played football and wrestled. I’m more of a sports fan these days, with the Kansas City Chiefs and Nebraska Cornhuskers being my top teams. My current hobbies include spending time with my family, cooking, technology, and traveling. Ive been happy with services in general from BMW. However I do not like the phone system where I had to go through several loops to get to the party I need to reach - ie service department to schedule an appt. Its very tedious to call BMW for anything. I hope that helps you to possibly mainstream your phone system, LB
