Dane Gengler here, and I bring ten years of automotive experience to the team. My family is all currently employed or retired from the automotive sector in positions such as Accounting Manager, Shop Foreman, General Manager, and Benefits Specialist. I have been an automotive enthusiast for over 20 years with backgrounds in German, Japanese, Korean, and American-based manufacturers. At work, guests can always look to me for an excellent customer service experience, along with a conversation about cars, motorcycles, and sports. That's due to my easygoing personality and love for helping others. When explaining products, I'm known for a unique explanation method that ensures all automotive jargon is easy to understand!

Dane is the best! He is always super helpful and very easy to talk to. He explains everything well & gives thorough answers to any question I have. He stays in regular contact during my service appts., so I always know what's happening with my Mini, & every time before I leave, thinks to ask if there is anything else he can do to make my visit better. He makes me feel valued and heard as a Mini owner/customer.
